The price of TSTV decoder (setup box) is about N5,000. The decoder has in it’s description a full Personal Video Recording function, a time Shift functions via a USB external mass storage, and a DVB s.2/s MPEG 4 – 2nd generation of Satellite Digital Video Broadcasting with High-Efficiency Video.
